Investment Risk Disclosure
Read this before applying for any investment plan. It explains, in plain terms, what can go wrong.

01Capital is at risk
Any amount you invest can fall in value. You may get back less than you put in, and you may lose the entire amount.
Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose, money you need for living costs or debt repayments, or money you have borrowed.
02Projected outcomes are illustrations
Each plan shows a projected outcome supplied by KREDIT PARTNER. It is an illustration of an intended target only.
It is not a guarantee, a promise, a forecast, a fixed rate of return, or a contractual entitlement. Past or projected figures do not predict future results.
03The projections on this site are high relative to the amounts invested
Some plan illustrations imply very large gains over short terms. Outcomes of that scale are unusual and inherently uncertain, and should be treated as the highest-risk end of the spectrum.
If any person or document tells you these outcomes are certain, insured, guaranteed or risk-free, that statement is false and you should stop and contact us directly.
04No protection scheme
Amounts invested through this platform are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit guarantee or investor compensation scheme unless we state otherwise in writing with the scheme named.
05Liquidity and term
Plans have fixed terms. You should assume you cannot withdraw early, and that early withdrawal, if offered at all, may reduce the amount returned.
06Currency risk
All positions are recorded in USD. If your own currency differs, exchange-rate movements alone can reduce the value of what you receive, independently of investment performance.
07No advice
We do not provide investment advice or personal recommendations, and we do not assess whether a plan is suitable for you. Consider taking independent regulated advice.
This document is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Before relying on it commercially, have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction, and confirm it reflects the company's registered details and regulatory permissions.
