We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified through your account, and the updated date above will change.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts, and using your own identity and funds.

We may refuse, suspend or close an account where eligibility, verification or legal requirements are not met.

Submitting an investment or loan application creates no obligation on either side. An application is a request that we assess.

No investment is placed and no credit is granted until we confirm it in writing and, for loans, you accept a written offer setting out your rate, fees, repayment schedule and total cost.

Projected outcomes shown for investment plans are illustrations provided by KREDIT PARTNER. They are not guarantees, promises or forecasts, and actual outcomes may be lower than the amount invested, including a total loss.

Nothing on this platform should be read as investment advice or a personal recommendation.

Keep your login credentials confidential and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

All amounts are recorded in the base currency, USD. Amounts shown in other currencies are indicative conversions for display only, using rates that may not reflect the rate applied by any payment provider.

We do not exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to direct losses arising from our failure to meet these terms.

We are not liable for investment losses arising from market conditions or from your own decisions.
